What is the Signature Tea Experience? 
The Signature Tea Experience is a is an exclusive guided tasting hosted by True Honey Teas CEO, Chris Savage. Discover the six true types of tea (White, Green, Yellow, Oolong, Black, and Dark Tea)+plus Rooibos! As you taste each variety, learn what makes them unique, and explore their origins, flavor profiles, and brewing traditions.

What is the Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony? 
 A traditional Japanese tea ceremony, commonly called Chadō, is a carefully choreographed ritual centered around the preparation and serving of matcha (powdered green tea). More than simply drinking tea, it is an expression of hospitality, mindfulness, and respect.

Can I Upgrade to VIP after I buy a General Admission ticket?
Of course you can! Contact our TEA-m before the festival and we will upgrade you! You can reach out to info@truehoneyteas.com for help. If you want to upgrade day of the event, our check in team will handle it.

What if I just want a ticket to one experience - and not purchase the full VIP ticket?
We are currently not selling individual tickets to the Japanese Tea Ceremony or the Signature Tea Experience. You much purchase a VIP ticket in order to gain access to the two experiences.

How long do the experiences last? What are the times?
We are currently working on a schedule, however each experience will be about an hour and will not overlap with each other in order for you to enjoy and not miss a single thing!

Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Yes, we understand - things happen! If you wish to transfer tickets, you can simply send them your ticket via email or screenshot the QR code. For refunds please email info@truehoneyteas.com

Do children need tickets?
Children under the age of 10 get in for free!

Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes, however the sooner you purchase - the cheaper the ticket! Day of tickets will increase to $20!
